I imagine a scene where a man moves around, a white man, and each of his arms is being grabbed by three or four moderately-in-shape black arms. They do not grip harshly or change his movement at all, they follow his motions effortlessly, and shine a little like real skin does, but the bodies they are attached to are always offscreen. It has nothing to do with race. Wherever he goes, the arms are there, tapering off into the undefined darkness outside of the gentle spotlight that emphasizes him.
The arms are like strings, like he's at the center of something. Whether they are pulling him or he is pulling them, or even if it's mutual, you can't tell.
It's more about connectivity and that power than simply being gripped.
