I'd make a terrible psychologist, in some ways. At a certain point, I'd just throw down notes and say "TAKE PILLS!" yet be unlicensed to prescribe.

There's still value in the talk through, the behavior, but some issues are chemical and ain't a lot that talkin's gonna do without a stable platform first.
